1. Delivery is only available in selected areas and may be subjected to change without notice, so please check in the product page before placing an order

5. please make sure someone is present to accept the delivery as Deliveries are made by hand on the date specified in your order .

6. Provide correct order details such as address and contact number, we are not responsible for missed orders.

7. All our products are freshly made to order using the finest ingredients. Where possible we try to use natural food colouring and flavourings, however this is not always possible. Some of our products contain nuts, these are clearly noted in the descriptions. We make every effort to avoid contamination of nut based products in the kitchen, however as nuts are present and may have been present in the manufacture of our ingredients, this cannot be guaranteed. It is often possible to produce equivalent products avoiding certain ingredients, for example wheat or dairy. We may be able to remove or substitute ingredients for customers with allergies or intolerances. Please contact us at admin@vecan.com.au prior to ordering with any allergen queries.

8. sometimes due to unforeseen conditions we may have to cancel an order or redeliver the next day, if so we’ll refund 50% on redelivery, and 100% on cancelled orders. 

8. To be eligible for a refund order needs to be cancelled 48 hours in advance.
